ME?  Trim? Healthy?

Starting NOW!  I am creating this blog to chronicle my journey to a Trim Healthy Me!

Just downloaded the Trim Healthy Mama booklet.  Need to start new and the new nutritionist and I that I started seeing, let's just say it isn't going to work.  "It's not me, it's you," I want to tell her.

I need something more flexible, more sensible than cutting out almost all carbs.  I am hoping I have come to the right place.  When I can download the file and get reading I will post more.  Hope it will be worth the investment!

But I am starting NOW!  ME?  Trim? Healthy?  Yes, it is possible.  And it will become a reality.
